In Mrs. Brown’s Kindergarten class at Jefferson Elementary, curiosity and care came to life through an exciting hands-on science project. The students successfully incubated a clutch of eggs, learning about the life cycle and development of chicks along the way. They even candled the eggs to track their progress, building anticipation for hatching day.
On Monday, June 9, that anticipation turned to delight as 10 fluffy chicks hatched right in the classroom. Students beamed with excitement as they welcomed each new arrival and proudly named them all!
