Bright smiles, breakfast and great books!
One of MLK's Kindergarten teachers, Mrs. LaBella, brought families into the classroom today for a special 'Breakfast & "Boo"ks' event. Early literacy isn’t just about learning words—it’s about creating moments that foster a lifelong love of reading and build essential vocabulary. By opening her doors to families, Mrs. LaBella is helping bridge the gap between home and school, proving that when community and education come together, our youngest readers thrive!
Thank you, Mrs. LaBella, for your love and dedication to our students, our community and reading!
