This summer, 15 Proctor High School students are taking part in the NYPA Internship Program at Mohawk Valley Community College!
Over the next several weeks, students will participate in hands-on workshops, work with local businesses, and conduct real energy audits.
The program will culminate with professional presentations, where students will share their findings and recommendations with members of the local business community—a valuable chance to build confidence, communication, and career-connected skills.
This impactful and collaborative experience is the result of strong partnerships between the Utica City School District, Mohawk Valley Community College, and the Workforce Development Board HMO working together to provide students with the tools and supports needed to succeed!
